Our Team

Stan Sipos CEO
Cielo Group Inc, the parent company of Cielo Carbon Solutions, was founded by Stan Sipos almost 40 years ago in Victoria, British Columbia. Over the years, Stan has been involved in numerous business ventures and has found significant success in the property development sector. Stan’s passion for pristine wild places has instilled in him the importance and necessity of preserving our environment, an irreplaceable commodity.

After discovering CarbonQuest’s first installations in New York, Stan recognized immediately the tremendous opportunity and value this innovative technological solution could provide for Canada. Following several meetings and visiting CarbonQuest’s Spokane headquarters, Cielo Carbon Solutions was created as the Canadian channel partner for CarbonQuest.

Stan’s primary goal is the reduction of CO2 emissions and the preservation of our environment. Through the creation of Cielo Carbon Solutions, we are here to do all we can to assist in Canada’s goal of achieving net zero carbon emissions by 2050.
